Our Creative Process

At Claridge’s, timeless elegance is wrapped up in art deco details and an ever-evolving creative flair – and beautiful, fresh flowers have always been part of the story. 

Today, each design has its own tale to tell – from posies to grand pieces, contemporary minimalism to fairy-tale classics. It all stems from our in-house creative studio and workroom, where imaginations flourish to design bespoke floral displays for every occasion. It could be a bouquet set up as an in-suite surprise. Floral commissions that flow across Claridge’s events spaces. On-brand corporate flowers for the office or club, or a one-of-a-kind gift delivered in Mayfair – and across London.

At the heart of our Mayfair florist is fresh, seasonal flowers and foliage, more and more of which is British-grown and hand-picked for Claridge’s. Working in harmony with nature, we aim to avoid single-use plastic and floral foam, reusing, recycling or composting our waste as much as possible. After a special occasion or event, our flowers often go on to bring joy elsewhere – reimagined and shared with others, in partnership with community groups and charities such as Floral Angels. This forms part of our journey to becoming a B-Corp accredited business.
